Mr. Shaily Grover, Managing Director of Paramount Surgimed Ltd. has been a visionary in the life style and healthcare field and has more than 20 years of experience in this field.
Under his inspiring leadership and approach, the Paramount group’s reputation in the market is synonymous with the high quality, updated technology and dedicated approach. He is Leading OSIM India, Medical Division, & Saboori with a vision of duty, Discipline & Devotion.

Mr. Grover Apart from being the soul of OSIM India is also attached with various other responsibilities. He is the President of All India Surgical Blades Manufacturing Association, Member of Trade with Latin American Sub- Committee, Engineering Export Promotion Council, New Delhi and PHD Chamber Of Commerce & Industry, etc.

Born in 1967, Mr. Shaily Grover has experience in both domestic and international market commencing from 1988. Mr. Grover is instrumental in developing the international market right from the GST Corporation to Paramount Group for its consistent increase in exports.
